I grew up in Hong Kong, spent two years at Winchester College in the UK, and I'm starting at Cate School in Santa Barbara this September.

I love building software, mostly at the intersection of AI and systems. Recently, I've been working on a spaced-repetition learning system and a passive sleep monitor. Right now, I'm reading about AI alignment and gradient hacking.

Outside of code, I play basketball and run the 400m. I also enjoy playing the trombone, listening to jazz and collecting vinyl. I spent a lot of time painting growing up.
